~ The RV Sites ~

Specific to your RV site:

• For connected water supply; you are on a separate water pressure system, supplied by our potable house water. Please be moderate in your water usage for all guest’s enjoyment. Please note: Inform us immediately if you suspect a leak somewhere.
• You are on 40-amp or 30-amp power service, per site. We ask that you be economical in your power usage where possible. Please be aware of excess power usage/loss. This is a major cost and we want to keep site fees, for you, as low as possible.
• For long term guests we can pump out your septic tank once a week at your request. We cannot drain a tank that has heavy paper or plastic products (baby wipes, sanitary products, paper towels) other than biodegradable toilet paper. We require 24 hours notice. There is tank truck service in the area also that will pump your tank for a fee.
• There is a firepit at each site, or use our common fire pit and picnic area, supplied with wood, in our yard. You are welcome to use it and we encourage group use, having fun mingling with all guests.
• We trim and cut the RV site lawns once a week.
• Please do not park on the grass. Short term tenting is allowed only if it will not damage the lawns.
• Garbage and recycling bins are across the driveway for each site. They are emptied approx once a week, or as required.
• Please feel free to come in for a visit with us and mingle with all guests.
